1. Initial Consultation and Measurements
Once a meeting is scheduled, a project manager will visit the client’s home to take precise measurements and discuss the client's vision, including door styles, colors, and cabinet accessories. If the client has inspiration photos, this is the ideal time to share them.

2. Design and Rendering
Following the initial consultation, a rendering of the proposed design will be created and sent to the client for feedback. This ensures that the design aligns with the client’s vision.

3. Review and Selection
A second in-person meeting will be arranged to review any requested changes. During this meeting, the project manager will carefully go through each cabinet option, allowing the client to select drawer pulls and hardware. An allowance for hardware up to a certain amount is provided at no additional cost.

4. Final Approval and Ordering
Once any final changes are made, an updated rendering will be sent to the client for approval. Upon approval and receipt of full payment for cabinets and a 50% deposit on the installation, the order for cabinets will be placed, and an estimated arrival date will be provided.

5. Installation and Completion
When the cabinets arrive, arrangements will be made for any necessary demolition and the installation of the new cabinets. After the installation is complete and all adjustments are finalized, the remaining balance for the installation will be due.

6. Additional Remodeling Services
Should the client wish to undertake additional remodeling, such as flooring or painting, we can coordinate these services as well. We partner with a trusted contractor to ensure all aspects of the project are handled seamlessly.

7. Countertop Selection and Warranty
We are proud to offer Cambria countertops, which come with a full lifetime warranty, including labor. Additionally, through our partnership with BT Kitchen and Bath, we guide clients through the process of selecting countertops. While using this provider is not mandatory, it is highly recommended due to their superior installation and customer service.

8. Bathroom Remodels
This process is equally applicable to bathroom remodels, where we also offer a range of shower products to complete the project.
